Would be nice to see something similar to how Airtable handles records actively being filtered from view, they place that record in a hover position to continue to edit or click outside to filter record.

The first portion of this was released yesterday. 
We are now showing a warning message under the new record's row if this record is about to get filtered. 
Next step is to auto-set field values, so that newly created record remains in the view. 
For example, the filter is set to Status is "In progress". 
Each record that you add from the grid will get that status value filled it automatically. This is scheduled to be released later this week or early next week.
