Smartsuite is my favourite nocode software. Unfortunately, I often cannot use it because the european data protection requirements (GDPR) do not allow the data to be hosted on servers outside the EU if personal data is stored. I currently have a case of a hospital (obesity database with frontend) where we had to switch to Airtable because they offer an AWS location in Frankfurt / Germany at no extra cost. It would be very helpful if I could choose a Smartsuite EU server location at the same conditions as a US server location. Many thanks in advance :-)

well, we offer Saas service for example for Inventory, Car Logbook or Real Estate. 9 Euro per month is OK for most of these, but for the car logbook it is more like 2/3 Euros per month. For the bigger real estate it could be something like 1 Euro per unit (flat, office or whatever) per month, if your are on a top tier, but if a landlord has only 10 or 20 units, 35 dollars per month is still too expensive. And perhaps a service company like ours want to make some bucks for themselves too.

Regarding GDPDU hosting at least in Europe if not in their respective country is of no alternative for many users and companies, no matter if they really need it. They want it.
