Right now, you can temporarily hide a column in the Gantt view, but it will not persist after leaving the view. We need the capability to hide specific fields in the Gantt views for a cleaner display.

When I right click in the header to uncheck the columns which takes up a lot of space, it shrinks down and success! When I return to the same view, it forgets my display choices, regardless of whether the view is locked!
