I use the Spotlight feature for this type of visual highlighting.

Would be very nice for example RiskNumber=impact*likelihood
Risk = if (RiskNumber <2 ,"low",if (RiskNumber <9,"Med","High"))
but you can't set the color or icon to match and make it more readable
