Ability to create forms with filters, where fields would have the option to offer a filtered list of options instead of all the options.

Example:

FIELD 1 is a list of events, but we only want to display one specific event or filtered list of events to select from.

FIELD 2 would be a filtered list of file descriptors, such as (1) Event Logo and (2) Sponsor Logo, even though there are additional options that we don't want to be offered as options.

In this case, the form would have a unique logo, one filtered event name in FIELD 1 and only include two of ten different file descriptors in FIELD 2.
