Is it possible to change the Address Format for Units/Apartments?
For example, at the moment SS has the Address for someone living in Unit 1 at 10 Smith Street as:
10 Smith Street, 1, Fake City
Instead, I think it makes more sense for it to display as:
1/10 Smith Street, Fake City, OR
1-10 Smith Street, Fake City, OR
Unit/Apartment 1, 10 Smith Street, Fake City
Does that make sense? Can this be done? Hopefully it is only something minor.
Thanks.

Hey Brad Hawkins, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify if there is a specific reason you prefer the address format to be changed? For example, is it causing confusion or errors in any way?
- Are there any specific regions or countries where this address format is more commonly used or required?
- Would you like this change to be applied universally or would you prefer to have the option to choose the address format?

Hello Jon Darbyshire
Thank you for the very fast reply. I gather it must be very early morning on Saturday in your part of the world. Do you ever sleep? 😀
- (and 2.) In Australia (my part of the world) we tend to display/write these addresses as 1/10 or 1-10 or U1/10 (and sometimes U1 10). Generally speaking, most people seem to use "1/10" for "Unit 1 at 10 Smith Street". I don't know what other Countries/Regions might prefer.
I don't have any issues with the data entry. It is more a case how it is displayed. When I first saw it, I had to stop and think about it for a few moments as the 1 (representing the Unit number) was not denoted in any fashion. So I guess it did cause a bit of confusion.
I suppose that something like "10 Smith Street, (U1), Fake City" might also work, but generally speaking my first paragraph tends to sum up the standard in my part of the world.
- For me, I would like to apply it "universally" in my workspace, but I also understand that the software has to serve everyone globally, so it would be great to have to option to adjust the format, but, in my opinion, it is not necessary to apply this to granular levels (so across the whole workspace would be great).
Thanks Jon.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
