See forms from the mobile app

I was trying to use the app to just grab a form I already made on the desktop. But I found a limitation from the app on my iPhone (iOS) is that I couldn’t even copy the link for the form for me to send to someone. This is frustrating because I don’t have my computer on me and I have to wait until I get to my computer just to grab the link of a form I already made. I know maybe we can’t edit the form on the app or create new ones. But it would at least be great to have a link of the forms we already created, so that we can share.

Great to hear your perspective, Samuel Bonilla! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details about the specific steps you took before encountering this issue?
- Are there any other features from the desktop version that you would like to see in the mobile app?
- How often do you find yourself needing to share form links from your mobile device?

Jon Darbyshire yes.
- I went to the app and clicked on the form view in the solution I made the form. Normally on the desktop view there is a link for the form. I was hoping to see that there when I clicked on the app. But nothing was available there except for the notice that I took a screenshot for. That’s when I thought it would at least be nice to have the link for the forms for sharing when I am on the go.
- It would also be nice to edit the form if possible on the mobile app. Although I know that might be hard to do. I still think it would be nice to edit if possible. But at least have the link and preview there. And also remove the branding from SmartSuite like on desktop.
- It happens occasionally. I have job forms and service forms I often go to. Today I met a video editor and wanted to have his info for a formal interview later. I checked the app and realized the form doesn’t even have the link. I also tried logging in from the mobile browser. But the website pushes the mobile app. So I was forced out with no way to access the link. Only on desktop view.

This would make the app more usable for sure.

Yes, we need forms on mobile. Updating a record takes way too many steps on mobile where a form would be quick and easy. I saved a link to a form to my home screen hoping it would launch the mobile browser but it launches SS and tells me forms aren't available on mobile.
