Also allow the person submitting the form to request a copy of the form response to be sent to them upon submission.

To integrate our email correspondence to the Smartsuite record itself, so we have to track update progress in Outlook then seperately update in Smartsuite.
Means we can sent email correspondences in Outlook to the Smartsuite record, so when the correspondences continue in Outlook, then Smartsuite captures the email correspondences.
Today, everytime we have intake requests submitted by our stakeholders/users, then there is schedule email function then sents email to provide a summary of the form requests details. Then the person assigned to work on that requests has email correspondences with the user to ask any further information. However the correspondences are all happening in Email outlook and not being captured in Smartsuite record.
SO is additional tasks - when progress happening in Outlook, we have to manually update the progress activities in Smartsuite. Or if we are following up on something - Smartsutie shows status - waiting for , however we have to go to our emails - to see if the person responded or not, if yes - then we have to update in Smartsuite on the response - hence we have to track the progress updates in 2 seperate place, Outlook and Smartsuite. If only this can be combine.
REQUEST FEATURE:
Means when a form is submitted by user, we set up automation to sent email to the person managing the requests and the submitter of the requests, that schedule Email gets already captured in the Smartsuite record. Hence any follow up correspondneces gets automatically capture in the Communications Centre in that Smartsutie Record.

Patrizia Buosi Thanks for submitting feedback! I wanted to inform you that this is currently possible with native SmartSuite capabilities. To do this:
- Locate the solution where the form lives in.
(make sure you're collecting the email of the submitter in the form using an email field)
- create an automation with trigger "When a form is submitted"
- Add an action for the automation, "Send and email"
- configure the email and include the 'Send To' as the Email that was collected in the form.

- Could you please specify the type of information you'd like to include in the summary of the answers?
- Would you like the summary to be sent to the user, the admin, or both?
- Do you have any specific format in mind for the summary email?

I was thinking of a summary like that of google forms, then an email sent to the person who submitted the form with the answers they gave, like a copy of the form they submitted.

I was able to create an automation that sends an email when a form is submitted. The form can be customized with any of the specific fields needed. This accomplishes the same result but would like to see this as a standard option when building a form instead of duplicating the automation and having to update the content fields in the email.
