It would be nice to not have to question, "Do I need a Chart or Dashboard to create this particular Chart Widget?"

It'd be nice to have the same options (including Chart types) in all areas where chart creation can happen either by (1) eliminating Chart View or (2) adding missing features/elements in Dashboard chart builder so it's comparable to Chart View.
