It would be a great improvement to have more flexibility when setting up tables in the document designer. I suggest two main features:
Customizable Column Names: The ability to freely define and edit the names for each table column.
Configurable Table Grid: The ability to set up and customize a grid structure for the table. This would provide better control over the layout and visual separation of data.
Why it's needed:
Currently, the process can be quite rigid. Adding these features would give users much more power to design clear, well-structured documents and tables that are easier to read and tailored to their specific needs.
