Hi,
automations work with Google Gmail - or workplace - and Outlook. But how about when we use another email provider like godaddy, hostinger, ionos, etc.
I use ionos emails with an email client called spark edited by readabble, and if i can t get my email to run witth smartsuite the software is rended unusable for me...
Is there a way to integrate other types of email provider except Gmail and Outlook?

This is the only thing holding me in ClickUp.
The IMAP integration to send from standard SMTP on automation is a deal breaker. I can't wait to try this feature in SmartSuite.
Also read the responses from IMAP in the record itself, would be great too!!

Ruben Uzan, thank you for reaching out. Do you use your email within a Chrome browser? If so, you can use Ply.io to integrate your email.

Avi Hercenberg: no i use an email client called spark, https://sparkmailapp.com/ that fetches my emails from my host, IONOS.
They can also be accessed by webmail on https://mail.ionos.co.uk/

Avi Hercenberg, I have exactly the same request. Sending emails within a Smartsuite record is a great feature if (and only if) they can be sent with any email provider configured in IMAP mode (as any email client app do). As a pro, if you have an email like myemail@mycompany.com, you don't want your clients to received emails from a xxx@smartsuite-inbox.com, it's just confusing (and btw your client doesn't have to know which tool you use).
Like Ruben, I don't use Chrome browser (and don't want to).
For the moment my emails are managed by Mail (Apple Mac native app) but of course I can also access them in http (webmail).
Any plan to integrate this feature in the future? Thanks!

Tom CHARBIT: Totaly agree. I need to integrate my domain via IMAP mode to use SmartSuite email functionality in order not to confuse the client and to continue with the company identity (the domain). Any idea of furure implementation. I guess this solution is a generic solution that will help many users
