I would like to have the ability to email an entire conversation history as a single package. Currently, SmartSuite allows sharing records by email with links, attachments, and files, but it doesn't support sending the entire conversation history. This feature would be beneficial for keeping comprehensive records and sharing complete communication threads easily.
