Default Company Logo for Forms
Shelly Murphy
To help with brand consistency, we'd like for all forms created within a workspace to default to one "official" logo uploaded by an admin. This way we can cut down on "unofficial" logos or low quality screenshots to be uploaded every time a form is created. We would still like the ability to override the company logo if necessary, but having it populate by default would mean all our forms have proper branding company wide, especially if not all employees have access to the high quality logos.

Great suggestion, this makes a lot of sense

Great to hear your perspective, Shelly Murphy! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify what you mean by 'overriding' the company logo? Would this be on a per-form basis or would there be certain situations where the default logo wouldn't be used?
- Who would have the permissions to change the default logo and how often do you anticipate this happening?
- Would you like the ability to have different default logos for different departments or teams within your company?

Thanks for the quick response, Jon Darbyshire!
- We have come across a few instances where we didn't want our company logo shown, or we wanted to put a different image there if not related to "official" company business (company picnic, etc.) So we'd like for the logo to show initially when the form is created, but have the option to remove/change it on a per-form basis.
- We don't ever foresee changing the company logo unless there's a full branding change. I believe super admins should be the only ones approved to make this change, since it's a whole company level setting, and in theory should only have to be uploaded once.
- I could see this feature being helpful in general, but in our specific use, we would likely just use the default company logo, or a one-off image, not something used repetitively. It would be cool to be able to set "brand colors" that could be applied throughout the forms as well, so we could change the color of the Submit button, border and possibly title field text to make the form look completely on brand.
