It would be more convenient to have a button at the top of the grid view to create new records, rather than having to scroll to the bottom or use the "+Add New" button in the upper right corner. This would be particularly useful when there are only a few columns, as it would be easier to fill out the information horizontally and push the records down rather than opening the record form.
