We use the API to create quick tasks via shortcuts on iPhone / Mac. These tasks land in an "inbox" app inside our personal GTD solution.

However, this is all unnecessary if we were able to add tasks directly to MyWork via the API. You can already do that in-app and it works great so I don't know why we can't access it via API
