Add the option to add comments to records in the shared view.

This would help me with client work as a freelance web designer.

Some clients aren't experienced with project management tools. Giving them the authority to modify records could result in a mishap. But shared views are too limited.

So, if people were to comment, that gives them the ability to add requests to a project without interfering with the system.

I know this would be ideally done with guest access. But that doesn't seem to meet my use case. - As shown here:
