Hi SmartSuite Team,

Using buttons to trigger automations is super powerful. One amazing use case would be to reset checklist items in a checklist field. Right now, automations only allow checklist items to be APPENDED when updating a record, not replaced/cleared.

It would be very helpful if automations could:

• Clear existing checklist items

• Replace checklist items (instead of only appending)

This would unlock workflows like resetting checklists, reusing them for repeatable processes, and keeping data cleaner.
