Hmm. Good idea!, Workaround maybe

Make a text field and use a square emoji 🔲, it should be printed on the page i would assume.

Richard Åkerblad John-Paul Rogers I've worked around this with a formula field and emojis, but it's far from elegant! I would add that we should also have the option to display all options checked and unchecked for multiselect fields.
