Block non-working hours for task planning.

I'd prefer, if every user could maintain their own working hours in their profile. In our company the employee is free to choose how many hours he/she wants to work each week and on which days these will be executed. Also they are free to choose, when and how long the lunch break is.
This "free to choose" doesn't apply on a day to day basis. It's a general comittment.
Alternatively a deep integration into Outlook Kalendar would be helpful too.

I need only basic settings that I can set in Zoho Projects and it works like I describe. I'm only trial user, but I like your service and it'll be nice to use it with this feature.
