Have the ability to set a form to open at a certain time or close at a certain time. For example, many times our job applications open on a certain time and date and close on a certain time and date.

What specific time zones should the form opening and closing times adhere to?
Are there any specific notifications or alerts needed when the form opens or closes?
Should there be any conditions or criteria that affect the form's opening or closing times?

Should there be any conditions or criteria that affect the form's opening or closing times?-no, we just want to be able to say when the form opens or closes.--I could see an instance where if it's a sign up and when space is full, the form can close. That would be a cool feature too.
