I have an automation triggered by a form in table A, which takes text from the form and uses it to create the entry in a title field in table B. Table B has it's title field set to "Require entries to be unique" but the automation still creates non-unique entries. Make this stop! And alert the user. (I can clean this up with a merge-records action, but a) I shouldn't have to, why have it "require unique" if it doesn't! and b) I can't alert the user this has happened, so they think they have created a new entry but haven't).
