Automation action that opens a form to create a new record, with ability to pre-populate using information from Tigger Context.

For example:

Suppose I have two tables, Interactions and Reminders.

I want to make an automation that creates a new Interaction when the status of a Reminder is set to "complete."

Some of the information in Interactions is similar to Reminders, such as Contact or Type. That information can be carried over into the new interaction. But since not all the information is the same, the user needs to be prompted with a form to fill out the rest of the information for the new record.
