Provide the ability to select if I want a specific public report to be auto-saved each time that I make updates or manually saved. When manual save is enabled, I would need to specifically save the report in order for the changes to be saved.

Manual save would be valuable when I am wanting to change filtering and grouping for a specific report as I view it, but when I do not want to promote these changes to all other users.
