Add Semi-Monthly frequency to the recurring tasks

Having Twice a month recurring feature would be very helpful, one example is a payroll with Semi-Monthly frequency, where employee gets 2 paychecks every month, at 15th and end of month.
It can be implemented by asking the user to enter 2 days of the month, and the replication of the task will occur on those 2 days

- Would you find it useful to have the option to set specific dates for the semi-monthly tasks or just the 15th and end of the month?

Here are some additional examples of tasks that could benefit from a semi-monthly frequency:
Bills: Paying bills on the 15th and end of the month can help manage cash flow and avoid late fees.
Appointments: Scheduling regular appointments, such as doctor's visits or check-ups, on a semi-monthly basis can be convenient.
Personal tasks: Tasks like meal planning, grocery shopping, or home maintenance can be scheduled semi-monthly to maintain a consistent routine.
I think it would be most helpful to have the option to set specific dates for the semi-monthly tasks, rather than just the 15th and end of the month. This would provide more flexibility and allow users to customize their recurring tasks to fit their individual schedules.
