Another vote for this please. 
Would ideally like to replace the SmartSuite logo with our own as standard on all Shared Views. Sharing a View to a client and there is no sign of our logo or company name (unless we include it in the View Name)... but there is a SmartSuite logo that links to smartsuite.com ... it's creating confusion. 
Would be happy with the 'Powered by SmartSuite' at the foot like it is with Embed Code option.

It is truly frustrating when shared views that we share with outside clients of our company, the smart suite is the prominent branding on the top left.

I'd like the ability to upload their our company logo and for the Smart switch branding to be a bit more subtle on the bottom... Or better yet not appear at all:)

I agree. I would also like to remove the SmartSuite logo on forms as well.

This is the end of a form that I am sending out to a list of clients. If my affiliate ID is not attached to this, I have no incentive to sell them on SmartSuite. It will take time to show them why SS is a good choice for them. Back and forth. Demonstrations. But if they have already signed up for a trial based on the icon at the end of my form, I have already lost the affiliate sale. 
This feature request will not gain as much traction because most people use SS or other apps for personal or business use. For those of us that use SS to help teach other things, the affiliate ID tagged to forms and any other sharable asset is crucial. 
Anyone that will ask me about how I created this form will have already clicked the icon below.

To clarify, as an affiliate, I want to keep the SmartSuite logo on my shared Views (even though customizable logos sounds interesting). I want to promote the SmartSuite brand.
I share Views with potential clients because it's pratical for my consulting practice and it is an effective way to show my clients how to use SmartSuite in real-world situations. Showing is much more effective than telling. I want them to be curious about what tool I am using. 
If I am interacting with a potential client that I will need to bring onboard SmartSuite, I can encourage them to click through on the SmartSuite logo (at the bottom of the form) to get started with the free option. From there, I can guide them with information about the paid options. I do not have to send them to an affiliate link if our affiliate IDs are attached to all Views (and text links) that lead to a SmartSuite sign-up page. Affiliates no longer have to silo people to an affiliate page to ensure we get credit for promoting SmartSuite.
For those of us that make part of our livings as affiliates, this would be a game-changing move that only SmartSuite would have done. It gives affiliates numerous ways to creatively promote our services and SmartSuite simultaneously.
