I understand that SmartSuite has made a strategic decision to partner with DocsAutomator for document generation needs rather than invest into the native Document Designer on platform, but it is a big problem that DocsAutomator requires Google Docs integration for the majority of advanced formatting. There are many organizations out their (mine included) where we are not allowed to utilize anything from Google workspace, and this blocks SO MANY potential workflows. Would you please investigate Microsoft friendly document integrations (preferably with signing flow capabilities) if you are not planning to improve your own Document Designer? Or please provide pressure on DocsAutomator to get integrated with Microsoft as soon as possible? This has created so much friction where we expected friction to be reduced.
