While the ability to stick "tasks" just about everywhere in SS is a huge value-add, I have a client that's finding it hard to keep track of what's been assigned to her direct reports, what's been completed, what's still left to do and by when, etc.

In our SmartSuite system using the standard Project Management template, we are utilizing the Rule of One for the Assigned To field and relying on Checklist and Subtasks for coordination items supporting the primary task records. Our Department Managers want the ability to see Checklist and Subtask items that are assigned to their subordinates. Currently only My Work has that level of reporting detail and only the current user can see their assignments in My Work specifically for Checklist and Subtask items. Checklist or Subtask Description, Assignee, and Due Date are the ask and the ability to report out on all of them is the ask. Thank in advance for your consideration.
