Ability to paste Airtable Linked Record Field to SmartSuite Linked Record Field
Nick .
I am in the process of moving my Airtable data to SmartSuite and ran into a road block. I am trying to paste my Airtable Linked Record data into SmartSuite, but doesn't work. Even if the Airtable linked record text is exact same as the SmartSuite linked record text. Also it would be very helpful if you could paste text that is different from Airtable to SmartSuite and have SmartSuite automatically create a record with the text (like you can in Airtable).
I understand you can use the import feature, but shouldn't have to everytime we are moving data.

When I paste text into a linked record field and there is an existing record with the copied text name in the linked table - it works fine.
When there isn't a record, it just doesn't do anything but it still says "1 cell pasted". As Peter Novosel said - "Linked Records are not automatically created at the moment when you do this, but it is something that we've discussed internally"
When migrating information manually and the linked record are not created automatically, that means that we need to create the linked table DB in advance, remove duplicates and so on.
It will be really helpful for any data copy \ migration into SmartSuite.

Hey Nick ., thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details about the specific data types you are trying to transfer from Airtable to SmartSuite?
- Are there any specific features in Airtable's Linked Record Field that you would like to see implemented in SmartSuite?
- Could you describe your typical workflow when moving data from Airtable to SmartSuite?
