Power Search has been enhanced to index all record comments as well as their content. Now you can easily locate a record by keyword match to any text included in its comments.
You can narrow your search to only include comments by clicking on its tab in the Power Search interface.

I have tested the search to see if it includes content only in comments and it returns no results. For example, I opened a client record and wrote the word Tomatoes in a comment. I then searched for Tomatoes using the super search and it found no results. I also wrote the word in the description field of a record and it yielded no results.
