Ability to import / export CSV files in single/multiple choice fields

It could be very helpful to be able to import/export CSV in single/multiple choice fields. While it is possible to create a table and use a record field, for specific use cases where the data is never reused it makes the record creation process slower without adding any value.

What specific data types or formats are you looking to import/export in the CSV files?
How frequently do you anticipate using the import/export feature for single/multiple choice fields?
Are there any specific challenges you face with the current record creation process that this feature would address?

Jon Darbyshire in my case simple text, mostly title, description. It could be used frequently especially in Italy where bureaucracy forces you to use state defined entry lists. Using data stored in tables and reference it will require the use to go trough two additional dialogs and interface real estate space to show them.
