We provide staff training via the Forms option, where we embed videos into the form, include explanatory text, use conditional questions, and require acknowledgement and a signature once all questions have been answered correctly.

The option to receive the submitted answers in the grid view works well. However, it would be very helpful if we could also view the original completed form, including the signature, so it can be easily exported for audit purposes.
