This integration will provide the ability to Create documents in DocuSign based on a trigger from SmartSuite.

Would be really hepful to have a truly 2-way sync between Google Calendar and Smartsuite

Support for the following field types that are not currently supported: Address Full Name Attachments IP Address Signature

My business runs through WhatsApp, so I would like the ability for messages from leads/customers to be brought into SmartSuite automatically.

In order to use the system as a true CRM, it seems the only missing feature is the communication history which can be accomplished with an email platform integration (Gmail would be a great start). This would allow for any emails related to the email address in the contact record to be visible via the contact record. Ideally this info would also rollup into any associated account or opportunity records as well. Until then the view into the opportunities isn't complete and is only data related, which is great but especially for remote teams the history of conversations via email is necessary.

Today SmartSuite AI Assistant is restricted to OpenAI´s ChatGPT. Please be more open and support other LLM providers like Ollama, HuggingFace, and AnythingLLM, to integrate them using their APIs.

Data is the lifeline of every business so it would be Smartsuite to make sure there are added layers of security so it doesn't get lost. Since many companies are using SmartSuite for all their business-critical workflows it would be great if we can integrate with a 3rd party backup provider that can backup all SmartSuite data and solution and restore the backup to SmartSuite if needed.

As a sales consulting company we often have clients who run their CRM operations in AirTable. In order to streamline our communication, we need a 2-way connection between SmartSuite and Airtable. We are looking into ability to automatically create and update records in SmartSuite based on changes made at their end in AirTable. The opposite case is also valid: we often need to create/update items when a record in SmartSuite gets created/modified. With this bi-directional capability, teams who are using Airtable for certain business processes could extend their work with SmartSuite without losing access to what they have already built in Airtable. Processes that are more easily build and managed in SmartSuite would then have access to up-to-date information contained in Airtable, without needing to use an external tool like Zapier or Make.com and incurring additional cost.

Hi Please can you include Egnyte with any file storage integrations you do with other third parties, such as OneDrive, GoogleDrive, Dropbox, Box, etc. Thanks

n8n.io is a service that allows for the integration of multiple tools in one single platform. They offer thousands of ready-made app integrations, connections to any online app, and no-code configuration. It would be ideal to have a pre-configured SmartSuite connection to n8n.io so that it is easy to configure these connections, either triggering updates in SmartSuite or reacting to the state of information contained in SmartSuite and updated external tools and systems.
