Moving records across solutions

We use SmartSuite for projects and tickets coming in from our team members. We have a variety of ticket types based on roles and permissions, meaning that we have these in different solutions and in different tables. Quite frequently we get the case where a team member submits a ticket through the wrong channel and it needs to be moved to the proper table in the correct solution to be worked on. I don't see that as an option now and it would be nice to have it so that we don't have to manually recreate the record submissions.

Jon Darbyshire serious question- are your responses just AI generated? Every feature request has 3 questions and they don’t always seem relevant. The follow up questions often just want more details about the current workflow and not necessarily the feature request itself which makes them seem like fluff questions . Just an observation

Peter G. I figured. It’s a pretty bad service to do that when customers are looking for better functionality. They should transparent about it.
