We use SmartSuite for projects and tickets coming in from our team members. We have a variety of ticket types based on roles and permissions, meaning that we have these in different solutions and in different tables. Quite frequently we get the case where a team member submits a ticket through the wrong channel and it needs to be moved to the proper table in the correct solution to be worked on. I don't see that as an option now and it would be nice to have it so that we don't have to manually recreate the record submissions.
