Larger modals and layout on tablet

We need larger modals and the ability to change the layout on tablets.
Currently the modals on a 7 inch tablet appear in the center of the tablet and it is a square small box.
Operatives have to scroll a lot and miss some fields while doing so.
Having a larger or fullscreen modal on tablets would help with that.
