Integration of E-Signatures in the Document Designer (DocuSign or similar)

Hello,
At Uptimi, we must comply with strict regulations and frequently generate documents that require client signatures (e.g., onboarding documents, advisory duty forms, risk profile forms, business introducer contracts, redemption request letters, etc.).
We need a feature in the document designer to automatically send a notification to clients after generating a document, enabling them to sign it online.
Additionally, it would be ideal to track the progress of the signature process and have an indicator showing whether the document has been signed.
While this is not urgent, it would significantly save time for our teams starting in 2025.

Great to hear your perspective, Rémy L! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, HelloSign) are preferred or already in use by your organization?
- Are there any specific compliance or security requirements we should be aware of when implementing the e-signature feature?
- Would you like the ability to customize the notification message sent to clients for signing documents?

Hello, great questions.
At the moment, we don’t use any platforms. We use the Document Designer to export and print, and then have documents signed manually.
From a legal standpoint, this works, but it’s not ideal.
We’re open to all possibilities. DocuSign could be excellent, but we have a large number of documents to sign, so we need something cost-effective for high volumes. Ideally, an option with unlimited signatures.
In terms of signature security and compliance, the minimum requirement is a simple secure signature process. Typically, this involves sending an SMS to the client with a code. The client enters the code, and the document is signed.
There’s no need to verify identity through additional documents.
Customizing the message sent to clients to prompt them to sign the document would be a great nice to have.
Any other questions ?
