Freeze Row

I would like to be able to freeze the row with the name of the field. Just like in Google Sheet and Excel. I had been hard to scroll down and now sure when field I am looking at as I go down the pipeline.

Which specific fields or sections do you find most important to keep visible when scrolling?
How often do you find yourself needing to scroll back up to check the field names?
Are there any specific scenarios or tasks where freezing the row would be particularly beneficial?

Jon DarbyshireWhen using the dashboard view, the widgets display a grid of records. However, when I scroll down to view more records, I constantly have to scroll back up to check the field names. I need the top row with the field names to stay frozen while I scroll.
