Ability to directly delete a record for a linked record

- Are there any potential risks or concerns with allowing direct deletion of linked records?

- Especially when linked records are meant to be created and used once, like line items in an order
- There may be because if the record being deleted is a also connected to other records there may be data consistency issue
- I think it should absolutely be, especially when the record being deleted is in use by other records not just the current one
