When pdf is uploaded, have an option to make quick markups. And once markups are done they can be crossed out. Wrike has a great markup tool if you want an easy concept to take a look at

Working with a company that tracks a lot of documents. They go through a large number of revisions, and would like to track versions of files stored in SmartSuite.

It would be great to be able to generate a pdf from a record, email it to a client, have them be able to e-sign it and send it back and then update the record with the new pdf that is signed.

Ability to markup or add notations to files and images for client feedback and proofing

We are facing clients who manage thousands of images alongside component data, it would be awesome to have large image dashboard display combined with a record picker

Expectation of implementation: 0%...but what the heck... As a digital marketing agency with many assets (images, videos, PDFs, etc.) we would love a solution that allows for project meta data to be organized along with the related assets without the need to click into individual records. My minimum request would be a "Document View" or "Repository View" that would show documents which have been attached to a record in a tree view type display that mimics Windows Explorer or Mac Finder. My over-the-top request would be the additional ability to sync the folders/files with Windows (or Mac for those types) similar to Dropbox/OneDrive/etc.

Hi, I want to be able to select multiple records and be able to download all files in a certain field. Or Download all files across multiple records from a file field Or Download all files from a lookup field from a linked record.

Please add a preview of attached E-Mails (.msg)! At the moment it is quite tough to check what's inside the file. You need to download the file first and then open it in a browser or E-Mail app.

We need a way to resize the cover image in a card view, like cover vs contain vs fill. For that little circle image at the top of the card, I normally use 'fit' so that the whole image can be seen and isn't cut off

allow use of files and images field as a condition for a trigger. i.e. When I upload a signed document I want the status to change to complete
