When adding different Grid Views into Dashboards, the ability to hide the Filter Bar is a common feature that keeps the module looking clean and streamlined. Having the ability to also hide the top right button [Add New Record] and possibly even hiding the "Title" of the grid view would allow for even cleaner looking dashboards.

When building dashboards, It can be time consuming creating new modules, and setting up filters/visible fields/column widths etc. Being able to copy a module (particularly a Grid View) and paste it in a different tab would be fantastic. Notion allows you to duplicate/copy/paste "Linked Databases" the same way I've described this.

Being able to duplicate a tab in dashboards would be a huge time saver. Having different tabs in a dashboard offers endless opportunities, but the inability to duplicate them makes it a bit painful to “rebuild” several tabs with similar setups/modules.

I believe it’d be useful to have multiple “Styles” for a summary card, based on parameters or filters. I’ve attached a screenshot illustrating an example. When the summary card value is zero, fill it with a single color. Otherwise, fill it with a different color. I’m curious if others share my opinion on this.

Right now in SmartSuite I can add dates from any public calendar view, but they don't follow any filtering whatsoever. Specifically on the Dashboard Calendar widget - having the ability to show multiple linked record dates would help see everything in one spot. So if I have selected a Project on a Dashboard Record selector, I'd want a Calendar widget that can show the dates of the linked Tasks, Deliverables, and Events for that project. Right now I can see all of those records for every project by adding public calendar views, but I can't filter them to the specific context of a project.

Excited to see where the Dashboards feature is headed! I'd love to see some sort of a Shared Sidebar or Navigation where widgets can be added that persist on every tab of that dashboard. For example: I'm working a Project Manager dashboard. Right now my projects have multiple associated records (tasks, deliverables, meetings, etc) and all of those tabs only show records linked to the project that is selected in the first tab. If I'm viewing Deliverables for Project A and want to change my project context, I have to switch back to the first tab to select Project B, then go back to Deliverables (or alternatively have a project selector on every page that doesn't share state.) That's a bit clunky, so having a shared "sidebar" or header (that could have visibility toggled on/off inside each tab for that specific dashboard) would be quite helpful!

I am having a hard time getting the reporting that leadership wants all on one screen in a dashboard due to the size of the widgets. Much of the data that needs reporting out is just a one or two digit number, and it is taking up a tremendous amount of real estate on the screen. They have shown me dashboards that they have used in other software that they like, and all of them are 8 columns wide vs 4, and it allows for a shorter widget height. This would be tremendously helpful and overcome a lot of objections I'm hearing regarding reporting.

Loving the action buttons in the navigation tab on Smartsuite, They are great for accessing forms especially to input information quickly from a centralised dashboard view now My only small nag would be no option to have the url / or form in my instance pop out in a widget rather than create new tab, or replace existing webpage with the form The codeblock pop out widget is what i am referring too, if we could have that same feature attributed to action buttons this would be awesome! Would be great to be able to have a search widget for dashboards that could be added. At the moment if I add a grid view widget to the dashboard, I can only show all items on the report toolbar or none. I don't want users to be able to show/hide fields so would like a separate widget just for searching and filtering records

Just like how a Calandar or Date Table is critical for Periodic reporting in PowerBi, it be create we can create one also in Smartsuite- this would level up the Dashboard features in Smartsuite setting itself apart from other database or project management tools.
